What we collect
- Your name and email address, when you purchase — so we can create your account and send your access link.
- Your course progress — which lessons you've completed, so the members area can pick up where you left off.
- Basic analytics — anonymous data about how the sales page is used, so we can improve it.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Those go directly to our payment provider.
Why we collect it
To deliver the product you paid for, to provide customer support, and to send you information about your purchase. We may also email you about new products from My First Crochet; every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your course access.
Who we share it with
Only with the services required to run the business: our payment processor, our members-area platform, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
The sales page uses cookies to remember where visitors came from, so we know which ads are working. The members area uses a cookie to keep you logged in. You can block cookies in your browser; the login cookie is required for the course to work.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to support@myfirstcrochet.space and we'll act within 30 days. Deleting your data also ends your course access, so we'll confirm before doing it.
Children
Our products are sold to adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
